Throughout the next five weeks, we are addressing this at our church, but here are some thoughts to get you started.
First, you have to trust God and believe that He does have a plan for your life (Proverbs 3:5,6). That comes from pursuing a relationship with him, learning from His Word and leaning into His voice when you sense Him speaking to you.
Secondly, you have to discover how God has wired you and use the gifts He gave you. He gave you these gifts for a reason. This helps you understand your unique calling, which is about the person, not the task.
Thirdly, you have be aware of what is around you and the opportunities you have in front of you. You have to be faithful with what is in front of you. In other words, manage this moment well.
Fourthly, don't be afraid to take risks. You will make mistakes, but you have to learn from them. Every person who has done anything for God has made many mistakes along the way.
I hope this is initially helpful. Stay tuned for more.
Keith
Dr. Keith G Edwardshttps://www.blogger.com/profile/10068109373790534887noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-22946771.post-88684026066983412192016-01-02T14:40:00.870-05:002016-01-02T14:40:00.870-05:00How do you know your assignment from God?
